Attendees assembled over the past few days at the high school in the state to honor Beckstrom.
Both she and Wolfe had been fulfilling duties with the West Virginia National Guard as part of the presidentâs federal initiative to assist law enforcement in Washington DC.

Service arrangements for Beckstrom are in the process of planning.
