Individual Who Approached Ariana Grande during Movie Premiere Barred from Singapore

An individual of Australian nationality that leaped past a barrier and reached for actress Ariana Grande has been sent away and prohibited from Singapore.

The individual, 26, was sentenced to more than a week in detention for being a public nuisance and has now been "barred from re-entering Singapore," the country's border control stated to Singaporean press.

Wen pushed past photographers and rushed toward the celebrity, who was present at the regional launch for the musical adaptation on the thirteenth of November. Co-performer Cynthia Erivo intervened to remove him from Grande.

Wen has a history of disrupting concerts and star-studded occasions, including jumping on stage at the pop star's Australian show in June this year.

The occurrence provoked strong reactions in Singapore, with numerous people claiming he of causing further distress to the star.

The celebrity has mentioned dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder after a suicide bomb attack at her show in the English city in spring of 2017 killed 22 people and hurt numerous attendees.

In the legal process, the court heard he had made efforts to breach on the movie's debut on two occasions, according to Singaporean media.

He then made a follow-up try to breach security. Protection personnel prevented him and held him in place.

Wen later posted videos appreciating the celebrity for letting him on the carpet and said he was "at liberty."

Law enforcement arrested him the next day and charged him with causing a disturbance, to which he confessed.

The Court Judge the judicial official was cited by a news outlet as saying that he was looking for publicity, commenting that he was mistaken to assume he would not experience repercussions.

The actress has not spoken about the case.

Erivo mentioned the event to NBC, stating that she "only aimed to ensure my colleague was safe."

"I'm sure he had no intention to us danger, but you can't predict with those things, and I aimed to make sure that she was fine. That was my first instinct," she commented.
